This individual will work on our e-commerce brands : Driftward & Paradise & Main.

Driftward offers a curated selection of premium fine art photography from a diverse network of established and emerging creators.

Our platform showcases meticulously selected images that evoke a sense of adventure and discovery, connecting photographers with a global audience and sharing the stories behind each creation.

Paradise & Main is designed for the Modern Explorer, offering collections of travel and place-based lifestyle apparel that celebrates the spirit of exploration and connection.

The Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated Creative & Brand Marketing Manager to be the voice and creative engine of our social channels and to drive innovative, cross-platform marketing campaigns that delight our customers and bind them to our brands.

The ideal candidate will be a business-minded, self-motivated creative with a proven track record of success in developing and executing brand marketing initiatives, managing social media accounts for e-commerce brands, and orchestrating photoshoots.

Work experience in the DTC retail space is highly preferred; experience with photography is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Work collaboratively with the Director of E-Commerce to ensure that all content is aligned with overall brand and messaging
  • Support senior management by conducting market research, monitoring industry trends and customer behaviors, helping identify target audiences
  • Own the day-to-day publishing processes and management for our organic social channels
  • Create various forms of social media content text captions, videos, and images suitable for the various social media platforms
  • Monitor and respond to social media interactions, including comments, messages, and mentions
  • Identify and develop partnerships and collaborations with influencers, content creators, and other brands
  • Assist with coordination and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Plan and produce photo and video shoots
  • Simultaneously support various phases of multiple projects during the pre-production, production, and post-production processes
  • Perform support duties as needed, including but not limited to : customer service, maintaining email marketing materials, managing partner relationships

Experience / Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum of three (3) years of brand marketing, social media management, content creation, or related experience
  • Deep understanding, passion, and familiarity with social media platforms, especially TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest
  • Creative, innovative thinker with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to create engaging content (photo and video) with a high bar for quality that will attract the target audience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments
  • Organized and skilled in time management

Full-time Salary Range : $75,000 - $85,000

Location : Los Angeles Based
