Senior Compensation Analyst
APR Consulting, Inc. has been engaged to identify a Senior Compensation Analyst
Location : 1121 North Church Street Greensboro, NC 27401 (Open for remote option)
Position : Senior Compensation Analyst
Pay Rate : $43.33 / hr
Duration : 6 months
Expected Shift : Day 5x8-Hour (08 : 00 - 17 : 00)
Contracts will start at 6 months and could be extended up to 18 months.
Can work remotely but must be residing within the following locations : Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia
Job Requirements :
- Bachelors Degree (Human Resources degree preferred)
- 5+ years experience in Human Resources
- Experience in compensation
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional critical thinking
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Customer service mindset
- Lawson - Infor experience
Preferred Qualifications :
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)preferred
- PHR, SPHR preferred
