Senior Compensation Analyst Responsibilities :

  • Conduct comprehensive compensation analyses to inform strategic business decisions
  • Develop and refine compensation structures, including salary ranges and incentive plans, ensuring our client stays ahead of market trends
  • Perform in-depth market research and benchmarking to ensure compensation packages are top-notch
  • Work closely with HR and management teams to address and resolve compensation-related queries and issues
  • Utilize your advanced Excel skills to analyze complex data sets and create insightful reports
  • Maintain and update compensation data in Lawson Infor system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

Senior Compensation Analyst Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree (Human Resources degree preferred)
  • 5+ years in Human Resources with a focus on compensation
  • Demonstrated experience in compensation analysis and strategy development
  • Strong analytical skills, exceptional critical thinking abilities and intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency
  • A customer service-oriented approach with excellent communication skills
  • Experience with Lawson Infor software
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification a plus
  • PHR or SPHR certification a plus
