Responsibilities : other duties may be assigned as needed

• Responsible for the prompt setup and changeover of production machines.
• Perform routine checks to verify the quality of products, record findings, and adjust equipment settings as necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Performs preventive maintenance inspections including minor maintenance of machines.
• Thoroughly cleans machines and machine parts, removing parts and reinstalling them as necessary.
• Records and reports damaged, worn, or broken parts.
• installs replacement parts for machines.
• Identifies the causes of unexpected breakdowns of machines.
• Assist in the repair of broken machines quickly and efficiently.
• Prepares reports documenting work performed.
• Clean, organize, inventory, stock, and otherwise maintain shop areas, parts, tools, and supplies.
• Must be able to work overtime with flexible hours as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

• Mechanically inclined with great problem-solving skills.
• Able to work safely with electricity preferred.
• Able to work with hydraulics preferred.
• The ability to read electrical and mechanical prints is a plus.
• Must be able to work in a multi-task atmosphere & work well in a team environment.
• Works well independently and with others.
• Good communication skills.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Vocational or community college with related coursework or equivalent experience preferred.

• Shift differential $1.00 dollar per hour for 3rd shift.

Pay : $21.00 - $30.00 per hour
