Job Opportunity : Vice President / General Manager - Arizona
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President / General Manager to lead a high-performing team in the construction materials industry.

Key Responsibilities :

- Performance Management : Regularly assess business performance, capitalize on opportunities, and implement corrective measures when necessary.
- Team Leadership : Guide and develop the management team to achieve business goals, enhance profitability, and expand the customer base.
- Customer & Supplier Relations : Collaborate with operations personnel to maintain strong communication with customers and suppliers, ensuring superior service and continuous improvement.
- Sales & Marketing : Lead sales and marketing strategies, stay informed about market conditions, and adjust tactics to meet business goals.
- Community & Industry Engagement : Build relationships with key customers, participate in industry and community organizations, and enhance the company’s reputation.
- Talent Management : Ensure effective recruiting and talent management strategies to optimize staffing and drive individual and team performance.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- At least 7 years of experience in the construction materials industry, with progressively responsible roles in sales, operations, or engineering.
- Proven track record of leading safely, ethically, and responsibly.
- Strong understanding of both operations and sales, with in-depth knowledge of financial management.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and organizational influence skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and engage high-performing teams.
