Customer Service Team Member
Laurens, SC 29360, USA Req #19 Monday, February 14, 2022 We are looking for a Guest Experience Team Member to be the face of ModWash.
Youll be working with like-minded peers to ensure that each guest has an outstanding experience while driving sales of memberships to help grow the ModWash brand.

What youll do :
- Strive to expand the ModWash brand through membership sales
- Recommend and encourage purchase of additional services
- Evaluate guest needs and answer any questions they may have
- Guide guests through the ModWash experience
- Ensure facilities are always clean and presentable
- Strive to exceed service standards and sales goals
What youll need :

- Ability to lift or move 25 pounds
