Pay Details; $20.00 Hourly

Ideal candidate will have :

• Have a drivers license for 1 year and be able to reliably commute to USA Parkway area
• Strong computer skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Data center experience preferred
• OSHA10 & first aid preferred
• Be comfortable standing, walking, and / or sitting for long periods of time

Benefits Information :

1. Healthcare

a. Non-union employees are entitled to ANTHEM 6000 or AETNA HDHP plans;

b. Union employees follow CBA benefits.

c. Benefit selection must be completed within 60 days of assignment to site, via EHUB.

2. *Sick Days and Vacation (PTO)

• Non-union get Anniversary PTO 0-3 yrs 64 hrs; 4-8 yrs 80 hrs; 9+ yrs 120 hrs PTO.
• a. Can be taken as vacation or sick days

3. *Parental Leave

12 weeks fully paid parental leave including adoption leave and baby bonding for non-birthing parent / partner, that must begin within 30 days before or after birth / adoption date, and must be consecutive.

4. *Tuition Reimbursement

• $5,000 tax free tuition reimbursement per year is available, but must be used for career-related learning.
• Use the standard AUS tuition process.

• All benefits with an asterisk are only available to full time employees (30 hours per week+) and are not available until a newly assigned employee has been on the Google contract for more than 90 days.

Responsibilities :

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements :

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
