Position Overview Under the Senior Manager of Global Training, this position is responsible for delivering training on Securitas Healthcare technology and products to customers, partners, and internal audiences.
Subject matter expertise includes SHS product installation, configuration, administration, user interface, and general product functionality.
This position develops courses independently and works with the course development team to develop training materials. The Solutions Trainer will also maintain training environments such as mobile labs, demo software, and content delivery systems.
Training delivery modes include classroom instruction, virtual classrooms, and on-site training with both a technical audience and delivering specialized training to non-technical learners.
Experience providing training in a healthcare setting is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Deliver training classes in support of certification programs, partner preparation, and customer implementation projects and continued customer success
- Implement training on new products, features, and product changes; create and contribute to course development
- Maintain training server environments
- Provide feedback to teammates on course content quality, usability, best practices and hardware / software updates
- Develop trainer tools, such as managing training kit inventory, custom course catalogs and course descriptions
- Learning administration : manage both class and learner engagement including classroom set up (virtual or live), materials and handouts preparation, classroom attendance sheets, post-class follow-up
- Ability to travel up to 75%
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years’ experience in the following : Training in-person and virtual on technical or related topicsInstructional practices, rapid adaptability to change Demonstrative ability of simplifying complex ideas
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Exposure to systems implementation
- Project Management or customer satisfaction experience
- Experience delivering training on technical topics to a non-technical healthcare audience
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and assimilate business processes and critical information workflows
- Experience in healthcare organizations and healthcare technology or human resources
