Task Order Manager

The Opportunity :

An effective program requires a Task Order Manager who is passionate about grinding it through the complexities of its lifecycle.

It requires someone who is dedicated to identifying challenges, mitigating risks, and a supporting a team with vision and focus.

That’s why we need you, a seasoned manager who can ensure the Army achieves success.

As a Task Order Manager on our team, you’ll be the full-time on-site Task Order representative responsible for contract oversight with full decision authority to effectively resp ond to Task Order requirements.

You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that align with the mission objectives outlined by the Army, ensuring that all personnel are adequately prepared for their roles.

You’ll coordinate with our team and the client to schedule training sessions, manage training resources, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

You’ll ensure the client is informed of training and event support requirements, any potential changes to those requirements, and any conflicts with overlapping or simultaneous requirements.

You Have :

2+ years of experience in corporate management of projects or programs of similar size, scope, and complexity

3+ years of experience managing an office executing a variety of contracts covering multiple functional areas

Secret clearance

Master's degree

Nice If You Have :

Knowledge of Army training management

Top Secret clearance

Master’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Clearance :

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ;

Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
