Accord Carton is searching for a qualified and motivated Finishing / Gluer Supervisor to join our growing manufacturing team.
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the finishing and gluing process, ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards while maintaining efficient production.

Requirements :
- Supervise and lead a team of Finishers and Gluer Operators, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet deadlines and maintain optimal line efficiency.
- Monitor and ensure the quality of finished products, adhering to strict quality control procedures.
- Identify and troubleshoot production issues, implementing solutions to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and maintenance, to ensure smooth operation.
- Continuously improve processes by identifying opportunities for optimization and implementing changes.
- Uphold safety regulations and enforce safe work practices on the production floor.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a gluing or finishing operation.
- Proven supervisory experience with a strong track record of motivating and leading a team.
- In-depth knowledge of gluing processes, equipment and best practices.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles and procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A commitment to safety and a focus on accident prevention.
