Position Summary
Job Summary :
The primary responsibility of this role is to drive system-wide sales results through check count growth, community marketing activities and catering sales.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following
Develop, implement, and track traffic driving programs and initiativesVisit, train, mentor and support franchise restaurant owners in their local marketing efforts and initiativesMeet / exceed check count, sales, catering and traffic driving metrics and standards at system, district, and store levelsMonitor and analyze results of traffic driving programs and initiatives, modify as necessary to ensure daily resultsSupport brand excellence by leading, coaching, and training franchisees and sales driving teams in programs and activities that will increase salesCommit to brand success by being a strong business coach in all areas of salesCommunicate, train, and encourage sales building activitiesRemain actively involved in any location that is inconsistent with the company vision or expectationsMeet or exceed company sales expectations at company, district and store level while maintaining standards in all areasDrive sales at district and unit levels through direct management of strategic initiativesWork with all sales channel vendorsBuild and foster strategic relationships with internal and external partnersSet and implement social media communication campaigns to align with Company's marketing strategiesDevelop and maintain respectful, healthy relationships with Franchise Partners
