A company is looking for a Facility Security Officer (FSO) to manage security clearance processes for personnel assigned to a government contract.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate security clearance processing for personnel, including initial clearances, renewals, and terminationsDevelop and enforce security policies and procedures in compliance with government standardsConduct security awareness training and briefings for cleared personnelRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experienceMinimum of 5 years of experience in a security-related field focused on personnel clearance processingCertified FSO training completion requiredProficiency with security management systems and understanding of NISPOM guidelinesMust hold or be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance
