Entry-Level Family Law Attorney
We are seeking a fulltime attorney who is currently licensed to practice law in California . All levels of experience are welcome to apply, and pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
This is an on-site position, and is not a remote position.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Family Law Attorney at Quiles Law, P.C. The Family Law Attorney will be responsible for handling various family law cases, including but not limited to divorce, child custody, and spousal support.
The day-to-day tasks may include drafting and responding to discovery, assisting clients with financial disclosures, client consultations, legal research, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and negotiating settlements.
Qualifications
- MANDATORY : Licensed to practice law in California
- Knowledge of family law and relevant legal issues
- Experience in drafting legal documents, such as motions and depositions
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients and opposing counsel
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong courtroom presence and experience representing clients in court
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active license to practice law in California
