JOB SUMMARY

To support the Supply Chain team in all aspects of purchase order processes, planning, administration and associated Microsoft Excel reports

RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES

  • Responsible for maintaining database of purchase order / container tracking for Finished Goods and compile reporting as needed
  • Responsible for the entry, maintenance and tracking of all Finished Goods purchase orders to include but not limited to, part numbers and costing
  • Maintain and update critical supply chain Microsoft Excel reports and databases
  • Consistently communicate with management on any Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) vendors or any Supply Chain reporting tools
  • Assist Supply Chain team in regard to planning, analytics and forecasting procedures where needed
  • Communicate with Mississippi production team regularly on product requisitions, building up stock and shipping to external distribution centers as needed
  • Administrative duties, including but not limited to Agile FTP (File Transfer Protocol) uploads and tracking, and processing deviations and debit memos
  • Create, maintain, and distribute reports as required
  • Communicate and work effectively with all Pride and Quantum departments to exceed internal and external expectations
  • Work closely with the Mega Motion Sales and Operations team in order to ensure product availability and provide tracking and operational updates
  • Support the Supply Chain team in daily monitoring of inventory levels on key product lines and communicate potential issues in a transparent and timely manner
  • Continuous development and implementation of new ideas to improve performance and reduce costs
  • Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
  • Compete the Annual C-TPAT Security Training
  • Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
  • Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and / or assign other duties as necessary

REQUIRED SKILLS

Must be a team player, friendly, professional, detail-oriented, organized, and honest

Must have the ability to :

Must have :

  • Relentless drive to achieve advancement and continuous improvement
  • Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and PowerPoint
  • Basic internet literacy including but not limited to navigation, Google, and use of tracking modules
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Intermediate working knowledge of Oracle, Agile, SAP, or similar applications preferred
  • Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and PowerPoint preferred
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

At least 2 years of inventory, warehouse management, or procurement experience

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • At least 3 years of experience in an inventory or procurement environment preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience working in Oracle applications preferred
  • Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred

REQUIRED EDUCATION

High School Diploma or GED

PREFERRED EDUCATION

Associate Degree related to Business preferred

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future
