Job Overview :

The Project Management & Productivity Development Department in Charleston is responsible to plan & execute plant projects.

We plan visits of executives, workshops, track the productivity of the plant and support the office of the CEO.

Responsibilities :

• Support the preparation, execution and follow-up of interdisciplinary workshops
• Independently plan, execute and document subtasks within the projects
• Create PowerPoint presentations for internal and external meetings
• Coordinate deliverables, meetings, reports, plans and other activities
• Identify and track efficiency measures for the plant

Qualifikationen

Qualifications :

• Having graduated within the past months or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a Business or Engineering related field
• Knowledge in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Structured thinking and quick comprehension

Preferred Requirements :

• Currently enrolled in University or in a gap year between Bachelor's and Master’s degree. A minimum of 3 semesters of studies in relevant field of study
• Available for a minimum of 6 months
• Preferred / hour work week, but part time hours are also available.

Preferred Start Date : January 5

Additional details :

• Hourly rates hourly pay rate of $.hr for our internship program. This is local position, remote work is not available.
