DAY TO DAY
- Scheduling regular meetings and recording decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps)
- Creating and tracking workflows (submittals, work approvals, RFIs)
- Team communications Meetings, Commitments and Deadlines
- Tracking contractor production and employee count, sending out weekly reports
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation of vendors and contractors
- Coordinated multidiscipline, technical field issues with contractors
MUST HAVES
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required - Construction Management or Engineering degree preferred.
- 2-3 years experience
- General commercial construction background / knowledge is a plus. Manufacturing construction is preferred.
- Excellent computer skills and comprehension of Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Highly organized and able to prioritize with a bias for action
- Strong written & verbal communication skills Will be tasked with highly confidential and sensitive information
- Positive attitude
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and anticipate last minute changes with a team player mindset
- Attention to detail is mandatory
- Ability to pinpoint problems and find creative solutions
