Do you have an innate desire to understand how technologies work and finding ways to implement and improve them? If so, we have an opportunity with your name written all over it! We are seeking an exceptional Sr.

QA Automation Engineer who is passionate about delivering quality software and mentoring fellow QA engineers. We currently work with frameworks and technologies such as React, DeQue axe, Postman, JSON, Github, JIRA, and Playwright while continuously evaluating new tools to increase efficiency and quality of the platform.

This position will report directly to our Software Engineer Manager.

• Design, develop and support an automation framework utilizing new or existing tools to maximize the efficiency of QA resources, and improve quality of the platform, and customer and patient satisfaction
• Effectively collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure the QA department can deliver high quality platforms to our clients
• Mentor talented software quality analysts and engineers creating an effective and efficient test automation process that serves all stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement of QA standards, tools, and processes in the department to improve quality of the platform, and customer and patient satisfaction
• Participate in the refinement of requirements and the test automation design for technology solutions
• Additional duties as assigned
