Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional direct patient care, including assisting with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and mobility.
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care activities.
- Foster a safe and comfortable environment for our clients.
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements :
- Valid CNA certification in the state of Michigan.
- Proven experience and expertise in home health care or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
Compensation :
We offer a competitive pay range of $17 to $20 per hour , commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
