Position Summary

Under the supervision of a Program Manager or Program Director, the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst will provide initial and ongoing supervision to behavioral staff working with client population at the Integrated Center for Autism Spectrum Disorders (iCASD).

This position will supervise a caseload of patients, conduct assessments, design and implement treatment plans, monitor patient progress toward goals, and provide caregiver training.

This position will also provide direct supervision to Registered Behavior Technician staff while providing positive and constructive feedback daily.

This position will also assist with hiring and training new behavioral staff.

This position may encounter potentially volatile care situations that could result in bodily harm. Certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board or ability to obtain certification within 180 days of hire Required Computer Applications : Not Applicable Required Other Computer Applications : Required Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : 1.

Ability to design and implement individualized behavior plans2. Ability to provide, assess, interpret, and communicate age-specific data in response to treatment protocols3.

Ability to develop and maintain effective communication and working relationships with other employees, patients, and their families as well as the public, across all age groups4.

Ability to demonstrate professional behavior by adhering to departmental and organizational policies and procedures, and assuming authority appropriately5.

Must pursue education or training necessary to perform at the level of competence required to incorporate the hardware, software, technologies, and ideas relevant to specific job responsibilities6.

Must be able to adhere to the principles and mission of the Institute7. In-depth knowledge of and adherence to applicable ethical codes and standards8.

Ability to be flexible, multi-task, and manage competing priorities9.
