Compensation : Starting at $80K+ (Depending on Experience)

As the Warehouse Operations Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, leading a dedicated team and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Here’s what you’ll be doing :
- Team Leadership : Manage a team of 3, including a Driver, Transportation Specialist, and Distribution Supervisor.
- Hands-On Management : This is a working manager role, so you’ll be in the weeds and hands-on.
- Dynamic Responsibilities : Your tasks will vary depending on the time of year or project needs, combining people management with day-to-day operations.
- 3PL Management : Oversee third-party logistics to ensure efficient operations.
- Inventory Coordination : Manage inventory transactions and maintain control across our distribution center and third-party sites.

- 3PL Experience
- Inventory Management : Strong background in inventory management.
- Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills to foster a strong culture of safety and teamwork.
