What You’ll Be Doing :
- Lead and manage land development projects from the initial concept stage all the way to final approval and construction.
- Dive into a variety of exciting projects, from residential and commercial developments to innovative mixed-use communities.
- Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and local agencies to turn visionary ideas into reality.
- Ensure all projects meet zoning, environmental, and regulatory standards while maintaining high-quality work.
- Mentor junior engineers and support staff, shaping the future talent of the industry while enhancing your leadership skills.
What We’re Looking For :
- A PE license with 5 years of experience in land development engineering.
- Solid expertise in site design , grading, drainage, and utility planning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D , and other key design software.
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude, with a knack for building collaborative relationships.
