Front Desk Receptionist
What does a Front Desk Receptionist do?
The Front Desk Receptionist will greet and log visitors; issue badges and arrange for escorts when necessary. They will relay incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls.
They will perform other administrative functions as needed.
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills are required.
- Familiarity with standard office equipment (computer, multi-line telephone, fax, copier, scanner, postage meter, etc.)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters relating to employees, people we support, and their families.
- Must have reliable transportation, with ability to work at various program sites as needed.
