This infrastructure is seamlessly connected to our Dynamic Energy Sensing Cloud services, referred to as SCADA as a Service (SaaS), enabling clients to access data, control devices remotely, receive real-time alerts, and obtain customized reports.
Position Overview : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Sales Director to lead Business Development and our sales efforts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and enhancing market penetration in the Oil & Gas, SWD, and industrial sectors.
As the Director of Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in positioning DES as the go-to provider of IIOT systems and services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Sales Leadership : Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with DES solutions.
- Market Expansion : Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets, including Oil & Gas production, SWD facilities, and industrial plants.
- Product Knowledge : Gain a deep understanding of DESs IIOT systems, hardware integration, and SCADA as a Service (SaaS) offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with the engineering, product development, and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Reporting : Monitor sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to the executive team on market trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Negotiation & Closing : Lead contract negotiations and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both DES and its clients.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of five years experience with onshore Oil and Gas Production SCADA systems installation, support and sales.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Instrumentation and Electrical, specifically for onshore oil and gas production facilities.
This includes working with control systems, sensors, wiring, and electrical equipment to ensure proper operation and safety of the facility.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
