First Alliance Healthcare of Ohio is seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Program Director to lead our clinical team.
The ideal candidate will hold an LPCC, LISW, or IMFT certification and possess a strong background in mental health services.
As the Clinical Program Director, you will oversee the development and implementation of clinical programs, ensure the delivery of high-quality care, and provide leadership to a team of dedicated professionals.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the clinical team, providing supervision, guidance, and support to staff members.
- Develop and implement effective clinical programs that meet the needs of our clients.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate services and improve client outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance, making adjustments as needed to achieve organizational goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with external partners, stakeholders, and community resources.
- Oversee preparations and responses for state audits and ensure fidelity to state requirements.
- Ensure compliance with CARF accreditation standards and lead accreditation processes.
Qualifications :
- Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), or Independent Marriage and Family Therapist (IMFT) in the state of Ohio.
- Strong knowledge of mental health services, treatment modalities, and best practices.
- Familiarity with state audits, fidelity standards, and CARF accreditation processes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
