The Manager, Development Marketing helps in establishing the marketing and recruitment policies, procedures and systems that drive Franchise Sales.
The primary goal is to outfit the Franchise Sales organization with the tools they need to sell franchise development commitments.
As a member of the Franchise Development shared services team, the Manager, Development Marketing will develop and collaborate cross-functionally on all multi-channel franchise development marketing programs and overall content strategy to ensure our brand franchise leadership ignites the growth of Dine’s portfolio of Brands.
Development Marketing : Facilitate franchise marketing of Applebee’s, IHOP and Fuzzy’s restaurants to deliver against franchise sales objectives.
- Support Sales team in creation of Sales Plans for Applebee’s, IHOP and Fuzzy’s to help attract new franchisee candidates in identified markets
- Manage and retain relationships with PR and Digital Agencies
- Liaison with Corporate Communications on matters involving franchising
- Coordinate and execute Franchise and Real Estate Trade Show participation
- Provide ad hoc presentation and collateral materials for Franchise Development meetings with prospects and franchisees
- Leverage non-paid media, email lists, industry and trade associations to cultivate and generate new leads
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance results, develop & recommend appropriate actions plans to improve return on investment
- Lead and management of 3 franchising websites to keep updated and relevant
- Additional responsibilities as required
- Starting Salary $110,000
