Remote IAM Cloud Engineer
Responsibilities :
- Deliver Reliable, Cost effective and Resilient hosting cloud foundation / platforms with Self-service capabilities
- Apply knowledge of Cloud Service Providers and cloud governance best practices to workloads and foundation deployed in the clouds
- Deploy and support multi cloud management platform, cloud operating models, organization structure, policies, auditing, logging, IAM, security guardrails, foundational landing zone and cloud providers best practices on multiple clouds.
- Assess existing cloud environments for foundation, platform and governance gaps related to security, role-based access, compliance, billing management and provide solutions to address the gaps and to reduce risk.
- Recommend process improvements to address cloud governance concerns as a self-service part of the software development lifecycle CI / CD pipeline.
- Consult with the cloud service providers and partners to design and deploy best practices and cloud operational pillars.
- Develop peer relationships with internal stakeholders from BUs and Functions who are either consuming or supporting cloud technologies.
- Coach and Mentor team members and colleagues on cloud governance best practices.
- Design and implement multi-year governance roadmap for multiple public clouds
Required Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years’ hands on experience in Cloud-based development required
- Must have infrastructure as a code IaaC skills using PowerShell, Cloud formation templates, server less or terraform.
- Extensive experience in application / solution development skills using cloud native services, APIs, Python, Java, or AngularJS
- Strong understanding of modern development and testing techniques such as continuous delivery and continuous integration
- Experience with cloud service delivery models and a strong understanding of their unique value propositions
- One or more certifications on each cloud (AWS Professional Certifications, Azure Professional Certifications, Oracle Cloud Certifications)
