Our client is looking for a Junior QA Engineer to help create automated testing and
back-end services with the team that handles video experience. If you get excited about
working on challenging problems and owning a solution from conception to

Fortune 50 company.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or similar.
- 1+ years of experience working with QA and automated testing.
- Strong experience in Java (REST API's).
- Experience with AWS.
Responsibilities :
- Contributes to the development of Quality Engineering test philosophies and methodologies.
- Reviews and verifies requirements and design specifications for validity in overall product design, with an emphasis on product testability and verification.
- Produce documentation / metrics with the goal of reducing test intervals and improving quality
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases Write and edit complex, automated test code, in accordance with specifications and technical requirements, maintaining automation codebase in a version control system (Git).
This may include writing gRPC and RESTful API automated scripts.
- Perform functional and syntax reviews of automation code.
- Working with other QE engineers to drive automation and CI / CD tools and framework
- Execute and manage test cases and results, report on test and defect metrics
- Execute automated functional, integration, and regression test cases; log, track and verify the resolution of defects.
