We are looking for a Lead Quality Management Systems Auditor to lead audit activities to sustain our AS9100 credentials and improve our business processes.

The position will be located in Nashua, NH with travel required across other sites and be responsible for :

• Planning and executing audits on business management systems processes
• Identification and proliferation of best practices.
• Support Benchmarking
• Evaluations to drive continuous improvements, error proofing, and optimization.
• Engage in Root Cause and Corrective Action processes

Location MUST be at one of the following BAE Systems sites : Nashua, NH; Manassas, VA; Wayne, NJ; Greenlawn, NY

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Engineering or Technical Bachelor’s Degree
• 6-8+ years of related experience
• In-depth knowledge and experience of AS9100D
• Experience as an AS9100D Auditor
• Lean Six Sigma Training
• Experience / knowledge of RCCA

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• AS9100D Lead Auditor Certified
• Black or Green Belt Certified
• Confidential security clearance

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range : $126610 - $215270

Please note : This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
