WHO WE NEED : You’re currently enrolled in an accredited college / university and able to commute to our office during your internship.

You’re cooperative and like to lend a helping hand to others. We have a collaborative culture here at HCSS where teamwork makes the dream work! You’re detail-oriented, a problem solver, and a logical thinker.

You have a strong interest in talent development, talent acquisition, and human resources. WHAT YOU’LL DO : Collaborate with team members on various talent-related projects and initiatives Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records Assist the team with organizing, coordinating, and scheduling meetings, company events, workshops, and other needs.

Creating and updating job descriptions and job postings Help with managing and updating the company's career websites and job boards Support on content creation for social media and website updates related to employer branding and talent acquisition Collaborate on the creation and distribution of company-wide communications related to talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives Attend team meetings and take notes on action items or discussions to be distributed to team members WHAT TO EXPECT : This internship is semester-based and we’ll work around your school schedule.

For the Summer Break, you can work up to 40 hours a week. During the Fall / Spring semesters, you can work up to 25 hours a week.

Training and mentoring will be provided, and you’ll receive feedback on your performance regularly. You’ll also have numerous opportunities to grow your knowledge base continuously.
