The production position is responsible for accurate, timely and efficient packing of seafood products to be shipped to customers and local delivery duties.
The delivery driver is responsible for making pickups of seafood products from vendors, and other suppliers of products, delivering those products to the production and making deliveries as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily packing of seafood products according to how the product is to be shipped to the customer
- Ensuring that the products being shipped meet order specifications : size, quality, quantity, etc.
- Assistance in ensuring that the proper documentation is obtained / prepared on shipments.
- Driving company vehicles to make deliveries, local area pickups and other driving requirements
- Assisting in end of day sanitation, removing trash, keeping warehouse neat and organized
- Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time by the Production Manager
