Job Summary :
The IT Support Specialist will provide technical assistance to our staff and work with the IT team on projects and initiatives.
This position will also be the key player in Mobile Device Management.
We are a fully cloud based environment, so practical knowledge and experience in Cloud based systems administration in Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online is essential.
To ensure success as an IT support specialist, you should possess extensive experience in providing support in a fast-paced environment.
This position requires availability daily, between 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM Monday Friday in our Phoenix office campus. Occasional after-hours work may also be required, as the position supports our remote workforce throughout the U.
S. This position will also support projects and initiatives that will occasionally require work outside traditional work hours.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Providing technical support to staff and vendors.
- Creating and managing user accounts in Microsoft Entra ID.
- Onboarding and offboarding user accounts in various systems.
- Assisting end users on hardware functionality and software issues.
- Resolving helpdesk requests in a timely manner.
- Allocating, deploying and maintaining hardware asset inventory, including computer equipment and mobile devices.
- Updating computer software, hardware, and systems.
- Documenting processes and procedures.
- Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in IT support.
Requirements
Required Skills / Abilities :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in varying IT support roles.
- Ability to provide technical support and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Experience managing Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online and Intune.
- Ability to monitor and track asset inventory across the Enterprise.
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience working with various operating systems (Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android).
- Experience working with the Microsoft Office 365 Suite, along with SharePoint, Visio and Project).
Education and Experience :
- Associate's degree in information technology or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years related experience.
Physical Requirements :
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.
- Must be able to lift to 50 pounds at times.
