Noble M&M offers a Management-Training-Program where individuals from all backgrounds and experiences have the ability to start Entry-Level and learn the basics of marketing & sales, leadership traits, motivational speaking and team management.

With direct mentorship and hands-on paid training, candidates can move into a management role working within 3-6 months.

Requirements :

• Must be able to start within 2-4 weeks
• Must be able to work at least 30 hours per week
• Must able to commute to Columbia, MD Headquarters Office
• Must be able to attend in-person morning meetings every Monday, Wednesday, Friday between 8 : 00AM - 10 : 00AM
• Must be able to stand for 4-5 hours at a time
• Must be a team player and actively encourage colleagues
• Background in sports management, customer service, sales, marketing, hospitality, restaurant industry is recommended

Responsibilities :

• Retail Face-to-Face marketing, lead generation and customer service
• Participate in morning meetings and conference calls
• Train and develop team of 6-8 individuals in retail Face-to-Face marketing
• Learn the process of interviewing and hiring candidates
• Master motivational and public speaking

• Branch Management Average Salary : $83,000-$102,000+ (Uncapped)
