Vidal Marketing Project Coordinator
Job Overview :
Vidal Enterprises is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in coordinating marketing efforts across multiple brands within the Vidal ecosystem and acting as the liaison between internal teams and third-party marketing partners, such as external agencies and technology platforms.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with a passion for keeping projects on track, meeting deadlines, and ensuring seamless collaboration between various stakeholders.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and support multiple brands that span wellness, health coaching, supplements, medical services, and educational services.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Coordination :
Assist in managing marketing campaigns, projects, and deliverables across Vidal Enterprises brands.
Collaborate with third-party marketing teams, ad agencies, affiliates and influencers to ensure projects remain on schedule.
Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment of messaging and brand strategy.
Content & Asset Management :
Coordinate user-generated content (UGC) and marketing assets, ensuring they are delivered on time, meet brand standards, and align with marketing goals.
Assist in tracking and managing content approvals with the executive team.
Timeline & Workflow Management :
Maintain and update project schedules, ensuring all timelines are adhered to and deadlines are met.
Monitor project progress and address potential issues or delays, escalating them to the appropriate executive when necessary.
Communication :
Facilitate regular communication and updates between internal teams and external marketing agencies.
Manage status reports and project summaries, providing updates to management and ensuring smooth execution of marketing plans.
Campaign Support :
Support the execution of marketing campaigns by managing deliverables, coordinating meetings, and tracking key milestones.
Assist in budget tracking for marketing initiatives and report expenditures to ensure campaigns stay within allocated budgets.
Data & Reporting :
Collect and organize campaign performance data from all marketing partners and internal platforms for analysis by the individual business unit executive teams.
Provide insights on campaign performance and suggest ways to optimize future projects.
Qualifications :
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or a similar role.
Skills :
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Asana, Airtable,etc).
Familiarity with digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
Proficiency in design tools such as Canva (or similar platforms) to create images, presentations, and graphics.
Basic understanding of ad-buying platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) is a plus.
Basic understanding of CRMs like Hubspot, GoHighLevel or similar is a plus.

Perks & Benefits :
Compensation range $52,000 to $55,000.
