CSL’s Co-op Program is a hands-on experience that showcases the daily innovation and operations of a leading biotechnology company.

Responsibilities :

In this role, you will meet with stakeholders to understand business needs and work on a range of projects using various software programs with opportunities to work collaboratively with the Medical Affairs team.

This role will require great attention to detail, while adhering to deadlines, and capacity to project manage your work and set expectations.

Design creation : Develop visually appealing designs for various digital and print medical resources including websites, intranet, PowerPoint decks, News letters and social media.

• Collaborate with the Medical team to understand design requirements and conceptualize creative solutions that effectively communicate the intended message
• Support Medical Affairs resource creation and updates including Medical Science Liaison slide decks, infographics, website materials, Therapeutic Area materials, and Medical Information materials
• Proficiency in graphical representation of data, interactive PowerPoints and creative ways to represent data
• Print production knowledge : Understand print production processes and specifications for the development of print materials
• Graphic design ability : Working knowledge of design tools e.g. Sketch, Figma, or similar software. Foundational knowledge in UX design, SEO-compliant design principles, and prototyping
• Quality control : Conduct thorough quality checks on designs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project requirements
• Video production and editing : Working knowledge of creating and editing brief videos for educating, training and medical resource generation

Qualifications :

• Enrolled in a 4-year university with progression toward an undergraduate degree
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work well with all levels of the organization
• Demonstrates flexibility and acceptance of assignments and schedules
• Enthusiasm to learn new tools & technologies
• Maintains professional behavior
