Pay : $16.00-$17.00 per hour
Schedule : Weekends
Job Summary
The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) for KVC Missouri provides compassionate care and supervision of children and youth.
They provide support to help young people achieve their treatment goals through daily activities, teaching coping techniques and positive behavior skills.
Our BHTs can expect to work closely with nurses and therapists in reinforcing treatment plans, documenting client activity and maintaining a safe environment.
Education for BHT : High school diploma or GED is required.
Licensure / Certification for BHT : Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
Experience Requirements for BHT : A minimum of one to three months’ related experience and / or training.
Base Pay : Starts at $15 per hour, depending on education and experience, plus shift and weekend differentials.
Must be 21 years old to apply. Pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check required.
