- Oversee pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies
- Lead inventory management and monitoring processes
- Develop talent plans and manage roles and assignments for organizational effectiveness
- Conduct associate meetings to address needs, concerns, and issues related to pharmacy products and services
Qualifications :
- Pharmacy Manager license
- Experience in pharmacy management and operations
- Strong knowledge of regulatory policies and procedures
- Effective leadership and communication skills
