Responsibilities :

The Program Management Support will manage, plan , organize and control a wide variety of staff activities.

• Creating and managing the coordination of products and staff processes at senior levels of DoD and the Services
• Effectively tracking and managing senior level office communications with external entities
• Establishing and maintaining staff relationships with a variety of external offices
• Managing office processes, ensuring office has the resources required for smooth operation

Qualifications :

Qualified Candidates Will Have :

• 10+ years of Strategic Communications Experience
• Experience creating strategic communications products of OSD, Joint Staff, and DAF Leadership
• Experience with acquisition policy / processes
• Experience with DoD budgeting / Finance processes
• Experience with developing and coordinating staff packages and navigating staffing processes
• Experience producing / editing briefings and other products for Senior Level audiences
• BS Degree Required / MS Degree Desired
• At least 3 years working in a SAP or SCI environment

Clearance requirement : Top Secret with SCI (TS / SCI)
