Responsibilities :
The Program Management Support will manage, plan , organize and control a wide variety of staff activities.
- Creating and managing the coordination of products and staff processes at senior levels of DoD and the Services
- Effectively tracking and managing senior level office communications with external entities
- Establishing and maintaining staff relationships with a variety of external offices
- Managing office processes, ensuring office has the resources required for smooth operation
Qualifications :
Qualified Candidates Will Have :
- 10+ years of Strategic Communications Experience
- Experience creating strategic communications products of OSD, Joint Staff, and DAF Leadership
- Experience with acquisition policy / processes
- Experience with DoD budgeting / Finance processes
- Experience with developing and coordinating staff packages and navigating staffing processes
- Experience producing / editing briefings and other products for Senior Level audiences
- BS Degree Required / MS Degree Desired
- At least 3 years working in a SAP or SCI environment
Clearance requirement : Top Secret with SCI (TS / SCI)
