Position Summary
Executive Assistant provides operational and administrative support to the Senior Pastor, Pastor of Congregational Care, and church leadership.

Minimum Qualifications :
- High School diploma or equivalent. Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven experience as an Executive / Administrative Assistant
- Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word, and MS Outlook)
- Excellent time management and communication skills with the ability to multi-task

- Manages the day-to-day activities of the church front office.
- Manages the flow of information so that management receives all pertinent information.
- Assess requests, evaluates resources, and recommends or initiates responsive action.
Essential Functions :
- Serves as the first point of contact for visitors and guests.
- Provides administrative and ministry support to the Senior Pastor, Pastor of Congregational Care, Staff Parish Relations Committee and Administrative Council.
- Acts as liaison between office personnel and Senior Pastor.
- Encourages effective collaboration among all departments and church committees to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Coordinate front office volunteer recruitment and scheduling with support from the Director of Involvement.
- Prepares and distributes correspondence.
- Prepares reports, presentations and organizes appointments and meetings.
- Orders office supplies, manages equipment contracts and maintenance, within budgetary guidelines.
- Prepares worship materials for weekly services and special events.
- Sorts and distributes incoming mail and other materials.
- Maintains paper and electronic files in a confidential manner.
- Answers phones and routes calls accordingly.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Pastor.
