Responsibilities :
- Research and troubleshoot problems, ensuring customer safety and satisfaction.
- Empathize with customers, creating a calm and positive experience.
- Deliver world-class customer service to build satisfaction and loyalty.
Desired Skills and Experience :
- Previous technical support experience is required.
- Ability to learn and troubleshoot consumer-facing hardware and software
- Adaptability to a fast-paced call center environment.
- Stable work history demonstrating reliability.
- Willingness and desire to assist others.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and prior customer service experience.
Requirements :
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Technical degrees / certifications are a plus.
- Recent technical support experience in a call center environment.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background and drug screen.
- Efficient and accurate PC keyboarding skills with a minimum typing speed of 30-40 wpm.
Shift Details :
- Schedule 1p-9p - Five days a week w / a minium of 1 weekenday.
- Flexibility to arrive early or leave later as customer needs dictate.
- 3-6 Month Contract to hire
