The SMB Business manager will be part of a dynamic team with the goal of building our SMB Business. They will own the sales planning and execution, ensuring delivery of financial goals across share, revenue, and profit.

What is the business manager responsible for?

Product You will work with the product managers to build the Portfolio. What is the addressable market? What are the configurations?

Where is the wedge that we can drive into our competitor’s portfolio? How much should we stock? Where is the market going and how do we forecast and intercept the rapid changes with our all new product line?

What new offerings are right around the corner and how do we bring these products to market? How can you drive services, accessories and visuals attach to drive better average selling prices (ASPs) and gross profit?

Price You will own pricing for channel partners. What price cells do we need to hit? Where can we maximize our profitability?

Where can we run a bit thinner on margin to drive velocity and adoption? Where can we harvest margin dollars?

Promotion You will own a GTN budget to drive demand and remain price competitive. What’s the GTM strategy? How do we align with alliance partners to maximize reach and effectiveness?

How can we take the focus of the business and make in relevant to our North American Marketplace with a successful campaign?

Place You will own driving inventory the routes to market to ensure quick delivery of products to customers. Which partners are driving growth?

Do we have enough product on shelf at distribution to support the demand plan? Where are these new areas of opportunities for growth (marketplace, etc.)?

Basic Qualifications

7+ years technology industry experience

  • Strong communications skills, attention to detail and results oriented
  • Strong Analytical Skills that drive execution
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation skills
  • Passion for technology and PC
  • Undergraduate degree required
