Specialized events agency is looking for accomplished creative with experience designing integrated 360 campaigns to help bring environmental / large scale event to life for some top tech brand clients.
You will be an integral part of the creative team working very closely with the creative leadership, client and marketing team to ensure that the vision set forth is brought to life on all 2D Graphic Components in a unique and thought provoking way across all mediums (digital, traditional print, environmental / experiential).
The ideal individual is someone who appreciates and thrives on the design process from concept through completion, has trade show / large experiential experience and works well in a fast paced creative environment.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in leading wayfinding, brand / digital graphics, customer stories
- Help establish design direction based on brand guidance, translating what is not already defined
- Assist with design / layout of all 2D key creative elements
- Assist in generating big, brave, bold creative ideas and help direct how those ideas come to life
- Present ideas to clients and brand team
- Partner closely with event producers to vet big ideas
- Coordinate design projects with creative project managers and digital producers
- Drive experiential recommendations, proactive collaboration and pursuit of the best work possible
- Concepts aligned to briefs with words, found images and sketches
- Client facing role helping establishing look and feel for key event-wide workstreams
- Assist designers with design, animate the creative elements of each project
Coming in with both strong agency and large event experience with samples will cater towards the need to be able to juggle multiple high-level graphic components simultaneously.
This position is a long-term contract starting ASAP.
Qualifications :
- 4+ years design and event industry experience (Agency or Design Studio AND Events)
- Degree in Graphic Design or a related creative discipline
- Portfolio, showing a strong sense of brand design in 360 campaigns with events / environmental / trade show
- Storyboarding experience
- Poise and focus under pressure
- Advanced in the Adobe Creative Suite; InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
- High level sense of design, layout, and typography combined with strong conceptual skills reflected in portfolio
- Strong creative, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills; a team player who is positive and collaborative
- Passion (the ability to view the work as fun!)
