This job is a combination of administrative, client, and prospect facing.
You will provide support to up to 4 distributors.
Combining on-the-phone sales skills with the administrative know-how to keep organized, leads researched, qualified, and appointments set.
You must be a highly resourceful team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, The ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with the ability to work independently to achieve the daily goals.
Duties and Responsibilities : Manage the activities of up to 4 distributorsSetting Appointmentsfollow-up on sent proposalsManage 100 accounts per dayCRM updatesSending introductory information to new prospectsResearching new leads and verifying qualifications that can be found onlineGathering basic pre-qualifying data from new leadsEnsuring records for all active leads are up to date in our CRMCommunicating with Distributors, scheduling and rescheduling appointments with interested leads, keeping list of active distributor sales opportunities up to date, compiling proposal drafts from templates, etc.
