Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute retrospective database analyses and observational studiesCollaborate with internal teams and customers to align research objectives with organizational goalsPrepare and present analyses and deliverables to biopharma customersRequired QualificationsAdvanced degree (PhD, PharmD, or equivalent) in health economics, health services research, epidemiology, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in HEOR or RWE, with a focus on oncology researchStrong knowledge of epidemiological methodologies and real-world evidence generationProficiency in statistical software (e.
g., SAS, R) and ability to analyze claims and EHR dataDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
