What We Are Looking For :

Woodland Heights Medical Center Emergency Room is now hiring a full-time Registered Nurse to work in our thriving 149-bed acute care hospital.

Our Emergency Department has 9 ER rooms and 4 Fast Track rooms, focused on providing a high level of direct and individualized care to treat critically ill patients with a variety of life-threatening medical, cardiovascular, neurological, and surgical needs.

Which Qualifications Do You Need? In order to set you up for success, you need the basics of

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing / Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Certified as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas
• Also you must have current BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• Familiarity with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures
• 1 year of experience in an ER preferred (MED / SURG experience will be considered)

Department Specifics :

• Shift Schedule : 11am - 11pm
• 4 : 1 patient to RN ratio
• Stroke, Chest Pain, Level IV Trauma Certified
• Roughly 25,000 patients a year seen in our ED
