Responsibilities :

Quality Assurance : Monitor care delivery quality and staff adherence to regulations, policies, procedures, and quality improvement plans.

Team Leadership : Effectively develop and oversee the management team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.

Financial Management : Collaborate with finance to develop, maintain, and operate within a program budget, including hiring plans, to achieve operational goals.

Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including community service providers, regulators, legislators, and associations.

Compliance : Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulatory and licensing standards.

Strategic Planning : Participate in strategic planning and broader initiatives to refine operational best practices.

Qualifications : Required :

Required :

Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration, Public Health, Social Welfare, Gerontology, or a relevant field, plus three (3) years of managerial experience in a social or health services program.

Master's Degree in Health Care Administration, Public Health, Social Welfare, Gerontology, or a relevant field, plus one (1) year of managerial experience in a social or health services program.

Five (5) years of experience developing and guiding successful programs for vulnerable seniors.

At least three (3) years of supervisory experience in a health or social services program, with experience directing a senior care program preferred.

Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
