About the Role
Purpose
This is a junior role where the role holder will be responsible for the end-to-end corporate action process across the Wealth Management / Platform business.
Responsibilities
- Accurate dissemination of Corporate Action information to applicable parties within the business
- Management and processing of Corporate Action Instructions
- Ensure client accounts are updated with Corporate Action Entitlements satisfactorily
- Review late dividends reporting determine reasons for late payment and escalate where applicable
- Review and agree any error / reversal notifications and the resulting corrective actions
- Build relationships with third party service providers to foster cooperation and develop best practice
- Resolve inquires pertaining to corporate action or income issues to a satisfactory standard
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and processes as required
About You
About You
Knowledge
- Up to 2 years financial services experience
- Familiarity with all asset classes beneficial
- Understanding of operational risk, with particular focus on impact of manual processes
- Exposure to Pershing systems desirable
- General knowledge of Custodian processes and Wealth Management market
- MS Office Applications to a good standard
Qualifications
- IOC beneficial
- Educated to A’ Level standard
