Position requires ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsible for setting line to execute dinner service
- Daily tasks include but are not limited to PM staff meal, proper communication with PM sous on protein counts in timely fashion, party prep based on production list, proper prep for weekly and verbal specials.
- Bulk tasks include steak butter, cryovac poultry products, cleaning of chicken breasts, communication with PM prep about status of bread service.
- Personal cart, cooler and line organization through proper cleaning techniques is essential.
- All other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef.
