• Monitor patient’s vitals and record them in direct file (paper / electronic).
• Maintain the cleanliness and comfort of each patient.
• Assist nursing and medical staff with basic medical tasks, such as administering age-appropriate medications.
• Evaluate the patient’s well-being and report any immediate needs to the medical staff.

Licensed Practical Nurse’s Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or GED and a completed certification from an accredited nursing program are required.
• Must have an Active LPN licensure through the Georgia Board of Nursing.
• Experience working within an OB / GYN clinic is required.
• Extensive knowledge of basic health care procedures is required.
• Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication, and the ability to walk and stand for long periods are required.
