Hybrid - Flexible Remote Principle Skills Relationship Center in Colorado Springs, CO, is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Manager to join our passionate team.

We are a thriving group therapy practice committed to fostering positive relationships and enhancing skills development.

As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our collaborative work environment and promoting professional growth.

This position offers a competitive pay range of $28 - $34 per hour based on experience, 30-40 hours per week, and a hybrid arrangement where up to half the hours can be remote.

Your position will drive success by managing HR functions, overseeing office operations, processing payroll, and maintaining accurate financial records through bookkeeping.

Responsibilities :

  • Handle HR-related tasks including recruitment, screening candidates, onboarding, and employee records management
  • Administer employee benefits programs and address any related inquiries
  • Collaborate with practice owner on performance reviews and develop initiatives to enhance employee career advancement
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Process bi-weekly payroll, including oversight of employee time off
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll tax filings
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow
  • Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting
  • Oversee the service providers and technological needs of the practice
  • Maintain and update office policies and procedures
  • Provide support to therapists and staff as needed
  • Plan staff meetings - monthly meetings to include HR training and annual staff celebrations
  • Manage day-to-day office operations and supplies

Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of experience as Office Manager and HR Manager preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Solid understanding of HR processes, payroll systems, and bookkeeping practices
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, and QuickBooks
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to handling sensitive information with confidentiality

Compensation : $28 - $34 hourly DOE
